My “Superman”

♦

Time for my real life story-

I operate a bread store. I use to drive my car wherever I go and I do not have my personal driver. One time, while I was on my way to deliver the finished bakery products ordered by a customer, I accidentally hit a sharp edge of a  pavement and one of my tires burst. Good thing  I was on the second gear as the road was so  defective. My car was completely disabled.

That’s the worst part  of being  a female driver. In my case, all I want to do is just  drive. I never had any inclination to inspect  nor perform any auto-inspection from seat compartment down to tires, mufflers, etc. Like  most lady drivers, I do not have the capacity to fix my car.

How important it was to have the repairs done immediately as I was stuck somewhere in a dark rural highway.

Just when I needed him most! My husband came few minutes after I called him on his mobile phone. Complete with a kit which almost contained  all the automotive tools he needed   like  socket sets, wrenches , spanner sets  and chemicals including cleaners, lubricants and heavy duty degreasers. Such heavy-duty and  multipurpose degreasers  are safe to use on all types of ferrous anon-ferrous metals.

My ” Superman” is an auto-mechanic , a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, major in Automotive. He is also a holder of a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Much to my desire to have my husband with me  during my deliveries, it’s not possible because he has a job to do.  He has been employed as an Administrator of  a training center for more than ten years now.

That’s my “Superman”- my savior !
