Love letters in the sand

Perhaps to young lovers nowadays, love letters seem very unpopular because of the availability of modern technologies. But have you read about the box of 57 pieces of love letters which were washed ashore after the super storm Sandy?
The letters were written between 1942 and 1948- World War II Era Love letters. It was learned that its writer is currently living in Ashbury Park,now 91.
It is very inspiring to note how these letters were treasured so much. For sure, the letters will be reunited with the owner (because of its mailing labels).
