Every weekday is a busy day for my family. Every one seems always running after time for work! It was only during meal times that we seem available to each other for short conversations.
But what is nice during our meal time, we enjoy the fresh tomato juice my daughter prepares for us. I would like to share it with you.
With just barely half a kilo of ripe tomatoes, she can make 4 to 6 glasses . First, she slices the tomatoes to remove extra seeds then she places them in a blender together with a few pieces of ice cubes. ( Sugar may be added according to taste. ) Then she’ll blend it for 2 to 3 minutes in the Osterizer and swak!- we get a very refreshing tomato juice! No frills, just plain and natural drink.
