Few days back, a friend died of breast cancer. At 66, four times, she had submitted to chemotherapy. She failed to undergo surgery because she has also diabetes.
Breast cancer occurs when malignant cells form in the breast tissues.
Generally, cancer is rampant since then. The possibility of getting afflicted is directly proportional to the age of a person. That means, the risk of getting the disease increases as one grows older.
How do we avoid this kind of disease? Perhaps, one way is that- we’ve got to be careful in choosing our personal care products. Let us be very particular with the chemicals used in any product such as soaps , shampoos, conditioners and similar products. They might contain ingredients which can cause cancer.
One specific carcinogenic chemical is the cocamide diethanolamine or cocamide DEA which is a modified form of coconut oil,. This is produced when the mixture o f fatty acids from coconut oil reacts with diethanolamine. This ingredient is added to make a cosmetic creamy and sudsy.
Well, ah…but we really have to take a bath or else…lol!
Have a great bath but remember to read clearly the labels of your personal care products. Beware of carcinogenic ingredients!
