” As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them.”
—John Fitzgerald Kennedy
Basically, Thanksgiving Day is celebrated annually in the United States on the fourth Thursday of the month of November. Maybe, it may mean different things to different people. To me, it is synonymous to a providential event catching up together with family members, friends and fellowmen thanking God Almighty as we survive all these calamities.
We are living witnesses to the many tragedies which are happening recently- the occurrences of the record-breaking typhoons, violent cyclones and tornadoes.
Thank you Oh God for the gift of life! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO All!
PS Much thanks to my niece for having the top-notch classic carpet cleaners picked up, cleaned and returned our rugs at home in time for this celebration.
