I am pretty sure that everyone is enthusiastic about celebrating Valentine’s Day next month which is barely 3 weeks away from today.
Truly, February is the most romantic month of the year. Valentine’s Day deserves a special, wonderful and romantic celebration. I agree that Valentine’s Day was established not only for “lovers” but also for all our loved-ones including children and close friends.
So, on Valentines Day, although I really have no big plans for that day, my hubby and my children will receive simple but perfect surprises from me (as expressions of my sentiment). Usually, we are not really celebrating the day as a big event. It will be just an ordinary day for the family except for the gift-giving.
Although I have visited already spencersonline.com for gifts ideas, I would like to personally go and shop at Spencer’s inasmuch as we are living in a place which is just a few miles away from Meadows Mall. This is one of my favorite stores because I have known from the start that this is the ultimate shop which has unique stuffs, gag gifts and a lot lot more items. Surely, I will have a wonderful time shopping here for valentines gifts.
But wait, there’s more!!! February is also the birth month of my niece. Unlike Valentine’s Day, her 21st birthday will probably be essentially one of the most unforgettable moments in her life. I know she has not decided yet on what to do but Spencers offers a lot of 21st birthday ideas, too. Anyway, I have already included in my shopping list two “Naughty” stuffs for her and a birthday tiara like the picture on the right.
Typically, in our family, we don’t usually exchange gifts on valentine’s day but I always believe the words that the Lord Jesus himself said, “it is more blessed to give than to receive!”.
