Should shopping malls ban screaming children?

♦

“Scream” as defined by an online dictionary is a long piercing cry expressing extreme emotion, fear or pain.

Recently, I watched a video – Shopping Mall Bans Screaming Kids – on screen. It is interesting,  I mean this issue got my attention. In your opinion, should screaming children be banned from public places?

When our family were raising four children, we took them everywhere we went- restaurants and malls. We didn’t have problems because they were well-behaved and they did not run around screaming. They loved to go to very kid-friendly restaurants and malls.

Why do we see some children  yell and scream at public places? Have you been to a restaurant for a nice meal only to have it be ruined by noisy children? Should you condone screaming children in public places?
