On ” Fathers’ Day “

♦

Today is an opportunity to greet all fathers how much they are loved and appreciated.

The observance of Fathers’ Day makes them feel that their important roles and modelling are very significant in shaping the lives of their children.

“During infancy, it was noted that the new born child is initially afraid of the deep-voiced ‘stranger’ he sees looking over mom’s shoulders…

however, as he sees mom showing affection to this stranger, it signals to the child that this man is to be loved, respected and trusted…and this is confirmed by the father as he starts playing with the infant.”

“Fathers seem to have irresistible urge to tickle, bounce, make faces and funny noises at and otherwise play with the little ones… sending a strong message that fathers are Loving and Powerful, Affectionate and yet Strong.”

That’s why these greetings  come to bring special wishes  that HAPPINESS and LOVE will fill the day of:

-my son who became a father on November 13 , 2010 ( his first time to be greeted today on Fathers’ Day);

-my son-in-law who is  the father of my beloved grandchild, Georyl;

-my hubby who is the father of my four loving and wonderful children;

-my father who is the father of  ‘A Dozen Professionals”; and to

all fathers in the world, HAPPY FATHERS’ DAY!
