It’s less than two weeks before Thanksgiving Day.
Want to share to you my simple but yummy homemade baked sweet potato pie for the big day.
1. Roast half a kilo dark orange potatoes
2. When done, scoop out the pulp and beat on medium speed while adding into it half cup of each of the following: brown sugar, refined sugar, melted butter, whipping cream; half teaspoon each of salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; a teaspoon salt and 2 eggs
3. Pour the mixture into a crust-lined plate
4.Bake at 350F for an hour and a half or until done.
