Rx: Lung Xray of the Apicolordotic View of Apex

♦

Previously, I talked about my  bout with pneumonia. ‘Twas an arduous struggle for me.

Upon learning of the affliction, I immediately headed to a hospital. Upon admission, I was subjected to intravenous insertion. I was pretty sure, it was a nurse and not a medical technologist who did it. Once the needle pierced my skin, I moaned as I felt a great pain. It was not a quick insertion as I felt the needle pierced “through and through”my vein. As the needle was withdrawn, I bled out from my vein for more than 5cc because I saw the nurse used two test tubes collecting my spilled “dark” blood while telling me that these blood collections will be used in my other blood examinations. For sure, the needle may have been extended past the vein. The skin area immediately bloated even though it was being pressed.

Really, it was a tough fight but from the start, I was so determined to beat it! …and I did!!!

Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs and getting hospitalized (with any disease for that matter) with a lot of medications, will cost a lot. Having an ideal health plan will be of great help. If you want to buy health care coverage, you may get free quotes on affordable medical insurance plans when you explore websites for a custom health insurance plan. ( Get affordable ones from the leading health insurance agency in nc.)

Before I left the hospital, my doctor recommends another lung x’ray of the apicolordotic view of the apex of my right lung before my follow up check-up. That’s another outcome to wait with anxiety!
