Polish Those Numbers

Obviously, the numbers on the front of your home are not exactly the most practical feature. However, it is a detail that is naturally going to draw the gaze of prospective buyers, and therefore something you cannot afford to ignore! If they are dirty and flecked with rust, or otherwise hard to see in some way, then it is going to be an instant turn-off for anyone who arrives for a viewing. Though it may seem like a minuscule change, replacing them will have a tremendous positive impact on the aesthetic appeal of your exterior. When buying new house numbers, think about the style of your home. Whether it is modern and minimalist, or old and brimming with character, make sure you find a font and metal that matches it!

Refresh Doors and Windows

The doors and windows of your home are another big feature in the exterior of your home, and buyers are certainly going to consider them at the start of a viewing. You may not be very experienced with gardening. You may even loathe it! While this is understandable, do not go with artificial flowers! Many prospective buyers will notice these, and though they may look good at a glance, they are certain to be more of a turn-off. If your flowers do not come through quite as you wanted, then using some dark compost or mulch will bring out their colors with much more vibrancy.
